Mauro Icardi and his wife, Wanda Nara, have risked facing a ban from Instagram after they posted a steamy video of themselves kissing in the shower on the platform.
The couple, who tied the knot in May 2014, collectively have 28.8 million Instagram followers and shared the video together online.
Wanda, 27, a football agent who has previously represented her husband during his time at Paris Saint-Germain, was previously married to Icardi’s former Sampdoria teammate Maxi Lopez.
It seems the couple will also celebrate their ten-year wedding anniversary in the coming months, and has been sharing intimate moments on social media this week.
In one video, the pair can be seen sharing a moment while cooking together, before Icardi is seen riding a horse at a country house.
In a separate video, the Argentine striker, 30, is seen building a fire while cuddling with Wanda. On Wednesday, they uploaded the shower kiss video with the caption: ’25-04 true love’ with a heart emoji.

Despite appearing happier than ever, the couple, who have two daughters together, have made headlines in recent years for their on-off relationship.
After they first announced their relationship, Icardi had to deny allegations that the pair had been having an affair behind his ex-team-mate Lopez’s back. The Galatasaray star said per GOAL: ‘I was a friend of the couple, an acquaintance, and it was all very normal.’
The couple has also been candid about the ups and downs of their relationship, including publicly addressing their separation in 2021. However, they have since reconciled and are now seemingly stronger than ever.
In fact, Icardi had unfollowed Wanda on Instagram, posting a picture of himself on the platform declaring that he was “going solo” following news of their split.
Subsequently, they reconciled, with Icardi writing an emotional letter to his wife after she accused him of infidelity. “Thank you, my love, for continuing to believe in this beautiful family, thanks for being the motor of our lives. I love you,” he expressed in the Instagram post.
Currently playing for Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray, Icardi joined from Paris Saint-Germain last summer and is enjoying a successful season, scoring 27 goals across all competitions.
Additionally, he terminated his wife’s role as his manager after she demanded £870,000 for negotiating his initial move to Galatasaray, following a reported second crisis in their relationship. This came amidst claims on the American TV program Los Angeles de la Mañana that Wanda had requested a separation.
Although they initially announced their breakup after eight years together, they later reconciled, only to seemingly split again in 2022. However, they have since rekindled their relationship and appear happier than ever.
Nevertheless, Icardi’s off-field issues have affected his playing career, notably when comments made by his wife led to him being stripped of the captaincy at Inter Milan after she criticized some players and management live on television.
He then refused to play for the club in a Europa League match against Rapid Wien in 2019 before transferring to PSG in the summer, initially on loan before securing a permanent £52m deal.
Despite the challenges, Icardi has had a remarkable playing career, scoring 253 goals for clubs like Sampdoria, Galatasaray, PSG, and Inter Milan. He has been crowned Serie A’s top scorer twice and won Ligue 1 twice with PSG.
